girls and boys born from 1995 to 1998:
All competitions will have the form of a Randori without penalties.
All Judoka will be devided into pools of max. 6 competitors
.
All Judoka of these ages will receive a medal.
All competitors born 1994 or earlier:
According the rules of the “DJB” (German Federal Judo Association)
Participation´s fee 7,- € per competitor
The participation fee must be paid before the weigh-in by buying the weigh-in tickets. The weigh-in tickets must be filled out by the coach in printed letters.
Referees Each participating team brings a trained referee in correct uniform or must pay a referee fee of 25,- €. The participating team must introduce the referee to the organzation committee by name. The referee has to meet the organization committee during his team is buying the weigh-in tickets.
Team competition no team competition for age classes born 1995 and earlier.
Starting from the 1993/1994 age classes the most succesful competitor per
 weight class will receive team competition points for his team:
winner:  10 points
, second:  7 points, third: 5 points, fifth:  3 points

Common informations and regulations:
 
  1. Medical service will be arranged by doctors and the “Jugend-DRK” (young members of German Red Cross organization)
     
  2. The organization committee will not take any responsibility in case of theft, robbery and so on.
  3. Entering the Competition area and the locker rooms is allowed only in clean sport shoes or without shoes.
  4. Eating and drinking is only allowed outside the competition area and locker rooms (allowed f.e. in the snack/dining area).In and around Cottbus there are several possibilities available to stay overnight. The inviting organization committee has not the capacities to take care fo all arrangements. For booking we recommend to contact :

  5. At the competition day we will label the way to the KOLKWITZ  CENTER by temporary roadsigns “JUDO” . After you enter the village Kolkwitz our roadsigns will guide you to the competition place.
  6. Some teams may require an official invitation to receive Visa to enter Germany. Please inform this when you apply for our competition. Please note in this case we need a list of all your members including competitors, officials, coaches and referees :
    Name, first name, Sex, day of birth and function

    We expect a very large number of competitors. Therefore we issue “COACH CARDS” for Entering the competition area. For a coach cards we request a temporary fee (deposit) of 5,- €. This money will be returned when returning the “COACH CARD”.
